Ethics
The types of ethics include Normative, Personal, Social and Professional, Business, Moral, Psychological, and Legal. Ethics is a branch of moral philosophy that guides people about what is good or bad. It is a collection of fundamental concepts and principles of an ideal human character. Ethics are the code of conduct agreed upon and adopted by the people. It informs us how to act in a particular situation and make judgments to make better choices.
Business ethics involves implementing appropriate business policies and practices regarding controversial subjects. Ethics covers corporate governance, insider trading, bribery, discrimination, social responsibility, and fiduciary responsibilities.
The law usually sets the tone for business ethics, though doing the bare minimum is generally frowned upon. Developing ethical models and practices can boost a company's revenues, profits, and share price. Law and ethics differ in what a person must and should do. The former is universally accepted, while the latter is ideal human conduct; both go side by side, as they provide how to act in a particular manner. The law and ethics are aligned so that they do not contradict each other.

After Dirck Gerritsz reported land in the region of the South Shetland Islands in 1599, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, and English explorers made their way south of Cape Horn in the 16th century and discovered a new continent.
A reason people go to such lengths to visit Antarctica, Its abundance of whales, seals and penguins, polar wildlife and other near-limitless seabirds. Undeniably mythic in both scale and scenery. The Artic is located on the northern most part of our planet, scientists referring the region as Arctic Circle. The Arctic ocean is the smallest of the world's oceans,
Only during the last ice age in the Pleistocene (roughly 2,600,000 to 11,700 ages ago) Alaska and a tiny North Western corner of Canada were mainly unglaciated; these territories were connected to North Eastern Asia.

101 POEMS ON ASIA COUNTRIES AND CITIES
East Asia, South Asia, South East Asia and the Middle East may be considered different coastal areas tied together by the Eurasian steppe, which connects them. Further information may be found in the Middle East and South Asia histories. In each of the three locations, lush river valleys were at the heart of ancient civilizations and faiths spread over the globe's coastal fringe. The excellent soil in these valleys allowed for a wide variety of root crops to thrive (Mason, 2014). Mathematics and the wheel are two examples of shared technology and concepts across Mesopotamia, India and China. It's possible that other ideas, like writing, emerged on their own in every region. Municipalities, countries, and eventually kingdoms sprung up in the lower areas.
118 USA POEMS; 50 STATES, CITIES AND MAPS

Some of my poems covering social, faith, romantic, humorous, turbulent, personal commercial, aspects, might be controversial since I have broken all the rules of writing poems.
My research revealed some modern people find the Shakespearean and Victorian languages difficult to understand or, should I say, too middle to upper-class and hence generate disinterest in poems. Some have short or long verses, with no rhyme whilst others rhyming.
I chose the lines and words that fit what I wish to convey, and they express my feeling at different moods and situations with subjective and objective view, and apply to the real world.
Africa is a continent; during my research, I realised that some older European adults perceive Africa as one country where black people come. There are at least two poems each for the fifty four countries, plus a detailed map.

WOMEN SECTION
Some reasons women are better than men include:
I am surprised of how some women have been treated over the years in different countries include Britain, who recently abolished the law "Rule of thumb" which allowed women to be caned by their husband for disobedient, as long as the cane is the same size as the mans thumb.
Some countries still regard women as inferior to men and to date some countries terminate pregnancy if the baby is a female.
I have included controversial topic on FGM (female genital manipulation), which is a barbaric procedure of female clitoris circumcision to stop them having sexual desire.
At the end of the book are about twelve short plays / dialogue between man and woman.

This publication is over four hundred and fifty pages, divided into about seventy chapters and subchapters. It enlightens my readers as to why religion / spiritual faiths are termed “ways of life”, and why the doctrines of the five major religions, or faiths namely; Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam and Sikh have influence on enactment of national and international laws.
The comprehensive content and reference sections is an indication of the intense researched I have carried out to provide knowledge to the readers. The similarities in doctrines help nations to agree the structure of laws.
Human Rights play a significant role in everybody’s life; some of the content includes;.
Harshness in religious way of life, types of international crimes, international gang crimes, how some nations use military force and claim self-defence, legal Implications under the United Nations Charter, including ICJ (international court of justice) and ICC international criminal court.

It is specially written as reference for everyone to benefit including the police, probation officers, prosecutors and lawyers, college, undergraduate, postgraduates and up to Master of law level.
Some people are reluctant to read the whole book or even chapters to gain the knowledge, but are likely to glance through the questions, choose their interest, then refer to the page for the answers which this book provides. The answers are straight to the point and most of the terminology have been defined or explained to help both lawyers and non- lawyers.
This publication attempts to answer many frequently asked questions which include issues on; both national and international crimes, statistics, law enforcement, agencies who combat them, some sensitive crimes, countries of high criminal and safe countries, the sources of international criminal laws, and how some countries use their military power against weaker nations and then they claim self-defence.
THE LAWS OVER 1,160 QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
This publication has one thousand one hundred and sixty questions and answers and consist of about six hundred and ninety pages, thirsty six chapters and subheadings, plus thirty pages of references and ten pages of index.
The aim of this book is to provide knowledge and understanding of the various categories of the laws in United Kingdom, Europe and International, it is not meant to be legal advice which one needs to obtain from qualified lawyer or solicitor, it is for both non-lawyers and law students and reference for practising lawyers. The laws in the United Kingdom are like a maze and when combined with European and international treaties, it becomes a no-go area for non-lawyers.
No wonder there has been so many miscarriages of justice in the United Kingdom. Since laws are always being amended, enacted and common law being made. I will encourage my readers to check the situation of specific law. Some of the laws covered include; Criminal (over forty types and four hundred and four questions and answers), Vicarious liability, Tort (damages), Pure economic loss, Property Law, Co-ownership, Equity and trust, Judicial review, Contract, WIL, Mental capacity, Police, Human Rights. European Law, legal research, Agency, Agreement, companies, Etc.
INTERNATIONAL LAW
This publication is five hundred and twenty five pages, covering about thirty dissertations on international laws. Every country in the world has their procedures in enactments of the laws with built-in consequence. Why do we need international law? People travel around the world using land, air space, sea, astronaut (Space Station) for all sorts of reasons, including trade, games, holidays, etc. They must obey the law of that country and international laws that have been agreed upon by a lot of countries globally. International law originated after the first World War when the League of Nations (LON) was formed to prevent another world war but eventually, it failed to meet its obligations and finally collapsed. After the Second World War, many countries joined together to form United Nations, aiming to work together to avoid another world war and regulate human behaviour globally.
Most third-world countries, including Africa, were colonized by European countries, including Britain, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, etc, who later granted them independence and Republic. After the formation of the United Nations, other international institution emerged, such as the international court of justice (ICJ), the International Criminal Court (ICC) World Health Organization (WHO), Human Rights.
LAWS: UNITIED KINGDOM
This publication is six hundred and eighty pages and covers almost all the major United Kingdom Laws as listed at the front of the book. It also covers the civil and criminal proceedings, source of the laws, structure of United Kingdom courts, classification of offences, and court they are held in.
It is written in a text book format which means it has a quick search which only gives a summary adding of the chapter. Each chapter deals with specific law and it starts with the contents page, the main body which include headings and subheadings and the conclusion. It then gives references or cited for further reading. Furthermore, I have included how to write and given examples of dissertations for “A Level” and University students. This book is meant for anyone who wishes to know synopsis of the different types of United Kingdom laws especially for students undertaking under and post graduates or as reference for qualified lawyers, social workers and businesses etc.

The word 'geography' originates from two Greek words. The first is 'geo', which means 'the earth' and the second Greek word is "graph", which means 'to write').
Categorised; Geography can be broadly categorised into three main focus areas: Physical and Human geography. Integrated geography is also known as human-environment geography. This is because it takes human and physical geographic issues and moulds them together. There are five themes in geography: Location: Place, Human/Environment Interaction, Migration Movement and regions.

PHYSICS SECTION
Physics is the branch of natural science that studies the nature and properties of matter and energy. The term ‘physics’ is derived from the Ancient Greek word, i.e. ‘phusikḗ’ meaning knowledge of nature.Physics significantly contributes to technology, such as television, computers, the cell/mobile phone, advanced home appliances, nuclear weapons, etc.
The essential topics studied in physics are mechanics, electricity, magnetism, heat, sound, light and other radiation, and the structure of atoms. Physics additionally justifies the evolution, structure, and functions of numerous elements Mechanics, heat & thermodynamics, optics, sound, electricity, and magnetism of the universe. The considerable Branches of Physics include Classical mechanics, Applied mechanics. Electromagnetism Optics, Thermodynamics, Statistical mechanics, Condensed matter physics Atomic and Molecular Physics, Astrophysics, Nuclear and Particle Physics, Applied Physics Sound Physics, Biophysics, Econophysics, Nanotechnology, Petrophysics
This publication covers Mechanic and Material, which includes Scalars & Vectors.
Moments, Equation of motion. Newton's Laws of Motion. Work, Energy, and Power. Hooks Law. Electricity. Electromotive Force. Nuclei. In addition, there are about sixteen physics essays on particle Accelerators. Developments in quantum. Advances in string theory. This book has calculations and also essays for student’s assignments. Physics is the branch of natural science that studies the nature and properties of matter and energy. The term ‘physics’ is derived from the Ancient Greek word, i.e. ‘phusikḗ’ meaning knowledge of nature.
Mechanics science is concerned with the motion of bodies under the action of forces, including the particular case in which a body remains at rest.
The powers that bodies exert on one another are of first concern in the activity problem. This leads to studying such topics as gravity, electricity, and magnetism, according to the nature of the forces involved. Given the pressures, one can seek how bodies move under the action of powers; this is the subject matter of mechanics proper.
This book covers Nuclear physics, Mechanic and Thermal physics, innovations in particle acceleration, Air pressure, microdosimetry, advanced battery cell, laser technology, and Rocket power.
Thermal physics is the combined study of thermodynamics, statistical mechanics, and the kinetic theory of gases. In order words, it relates to heat-related issues. These include temperature, thermal physics analyses, the first law of thermodynamics and the second law of thermodynamics. Similarly, thermal physics studies a system with a more significant number of atoms. It unites thermodynamics with statistical mechanics or the analysis of the statistical nature of physical systems from an energetic perspective regarding the number of microstates corresponding to a given microstate. In addition, the concept of entropy is studied via quantum theory. Nuclear physics is the field of physics that studies atomic nuclei and their constituents and interactions, in addition to studying other forms of nuclear matter., Including nuclear power, nuclear weapons, nuclear medicine and magnetic resonance imaging, industrial and agricultural isotopes, ion implantation in materials engineering, and radiocarbon dating in geology and archaeology. Such applications are studied in the field of nuclear engineering.
CHEMISTRY SECTION
Chemistry is the science that studies substances' properties, atomic composition, and structure (characterised as elements and compounds), the transformations they undergo, and the energy released or absorbed during these processes. It also involves varied interactions among substances that can lead to sudden, often violent reactions. The five main areas of chemistry are organic, inorganic, analytical, physical, and biochemistry. Organic chemistry involves the study of carbon and its compounds, especially those related to lifeOrganic compounds are based on the chemistry of carbon. Inorganic chemistry deals with non-carbon compounds, often metals and minerals. Analytical chemistry focuses on the identification and measurement of chemical substances. Physical chemistry studies the physical properties and behaviour of molecules and reactions. Physical chemistry seeks to measure, correlate, and explain the quantitative aspects of chemical processes.Biochemistry is the chemistry of living organisms and their processes. However; sometimes biochemistry is considered a subdiscipline of organic chemistry1.
Biochemists employ chemistry techniques and theories to probe life's molecular basis
This book is over 400 pages (Paperback) and covers most of the “A” lever or SHS ( Senior High School) syllabi. It covers thirty-three Essays topics Chemical, medicine, Crystal, organic, Oxygen, Periodic table Acids properties, environmental, spectroscopic, drug Energy, nanomaterial, acid, Molecule, magnets, Structure and bonding in metals. Humans evolved in Africa from other primates. Genetic measurements indicate that the ape lineage, which would lead to Homo sapiens, diverged from the lineage that would lead to chimpanzees and bonobos, the closest living relatives of modern humans, somewhere between 13 million and 5 million years ago.
This is over four hundred pages and thirty-eight essays covering the syllabus from “A” level or senior High School and bachelor’s degree.
History covers more topics than any other discipline. As such, historians always specialised in specific areas. From prehistoric to date. Similarly, there is more terminology than any subject. The study of the past or the product of our attempts to understand the past includes events that happened in time. It might sound strange to have ‘history’ and ‘the past’ meaning different things. Still, the distinction is important when you remember that all our attempts to narrate and explain earlier events are affected by our biases and difficulties of time and transmission. Historians have used ‘The Past’ as a base point: this significant happened, which is what most people consider history. Historians then consider ‘history’ as the product of our attempts to investigate the past. Humans evolved in Africa from other primates. Genetic measurements indicate that the ape lineage which would lead to Homo sapiens diverged from the lineage that would lead to chimpanzees and bonobos, the closest living relatives of modern humans, somewhere between 13 million and 5 million years ago.

The psychologist has the skills to succeed in business and can convince potential customers better to ensure they buy the products. Thus, when someone behaves strangely or weirdly, it will be easier to understand the motivation and influence behind their actions.
I recommend you read my book "Mood Disorder and Therapy" and "The Journey to Counselling graduation volume 1 to 3" I Hope to publish more books on psychology and counselling,
mental disorders need therapy like psychotherapy, chemotherapy, occupational therapy, recreational therapy and behavioural therapy (Taylor, 1949).
The functioning of the nervous system; the brain, endocrine glands and how they relate to cognitive and the affective behaviour is explained by physiological psychology (Ritchie & Grenier, 2009).
Psychology is the scientific study of the mind and behaviour in humans and non-humans. Psychology includes the analysis of the conscious and unconscious. That encompasses the study of phenomena, including feelings and thoughts about human behaviour, development, personality, emotion, motivation, and more. It is an academic discipline of immense scope, crossing the boundaries between the natural and social sciences. Psychologists seek an understanding of the emergent properties of brains, linking the profession to neuroscience. This book is over 550 pages with 39 chapters and covers syllabi for a journey to graduation BSc(Hons); include understanding Learning, memory, the social aspect of language, surveys, details to write a dissertation; Ethics, data, participants, mental health, neuropsychology, biological and cognitive psychology, management plan, type of research; qualitative, phenomenological, discursive, epistemology, media, personality, children, suicide, insomnia, technology, sleep, stress, toddlerhood, human development and more.

This publication is over two hundred and seventy pages, about forty one chapters and subheadings, aim to be educational for all ages, especially for those with little or no knowledge in mental health, neurological, physiology, psychology relating to human behaviour and how it can be treated through various therapies. What is a normal mood in one country or environment might be abnormal in another, hence one has to abide by the laws of the country they are living in. In most cases mood change is temporary by reacting to situation which could be sought out without or with minimum therapy. People in the western world, especially in the United Kingdom, have many counsellors and therapists to deal with “abnormal” behaviour than other countries. For instance, Ghana is about twice the size of UK, yet it has less than ten per cent of the psychiatric hospitals. For which it caters for only one per cent of the population that are referred to psychiatry or counselling intervention. WHY?

Mood disorder is sometimes dictated by both lower and higher animal (human) senses; what we perceive; eyes, hear, skin, smell, taste, feeling.
The central nervous system; the brain, the motor, sensory nerves and the spinal cord plays major part in the interpretation of our behaviour.
I have included a very brief description and function of the different systems in the body and how they could affect the mood. If there was any dysfunction, for example the hormones,
the environment plays a major part in the behaviour of our mood.
A lot of people have to take medication, for depression, anxiety or even psychotic for the symptoms to be relieved to live acceptable mood behaviour.
AGTICULTURE
Beekeeping, or apiculture, refers to managing honeybee colonies to produce honey, beeswax, royal jelly, pollen, and other bee products for crop pollination services.
In ancient times, people knew bees produced delicious honey, stung, and increased their numbers by swarming.
Modern beekeeping was founded between the 17th and 19th centuries. These included the mystery of the queen bee as the mother of nearly all the hive occupants, her curious mating technique, parthenogenetic development, movable frame hives, and the fact that bees rear a new queen if the old one disappears.
Beekeeping, care and management of colonies of honeybees. They are kept for their honey and other products or their services as pollinators of fruit and vegetable blossoms or as a hobby. The practice is widespread: honeybees are kept in large cities and villages, on farms and rangelands, in forests and deserts, from the Arctic and Antarctic to the Equator. Honeybees are not domesticated. Those living in an artificial domicile called a beehive or hive are no different from those living in a colony in a tree.

Reading the Old Testament
brings Christians close to God because it is the word of God and a basis for the New Testament and Western civilisation. The Old Testament refers to a Christian term meaning the Jewish Bible. This is because it was given to the Jews and preserved by them before the coming of Christ into the world.
The old testament is the most important word of God that this world affords and is a collection of thirty-nine books about the history and religion of the people of Israel. The authors of these books are unknow, the beginning of the world, of humankind and of God's promise to the Israelites.
Genesis, the first book opens with God's world creation, Adam and Eve, and how Satan was thrown out of heaven. It contains four main sections; The Pentateuch comprises the first five books of the Old Testament, Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy, then followed by The Former Prophets, writings of the Historical Books, which cover the history of the Israelites, include, from Moses’s death to the fall of the nation in 587 BC
(from Joshua).

This publication has over three hundred and fifty pages including pros, narrative, dialogue, over three hundred and seventy questions and answers, etc. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is "Highly Praised" and is regarded by all Muslims as poet, king and Allah's last prophet on earth. Pre researched, I had been hesitating to write about him as I thought I could cause an offence based on my ignorance of the religion or simply because of the empathetic nature of the subject. For sure, most countries live in a democratic world that promotes free speech. However, does this always hold water? Sometimes it is better to keep one's tongue for the sake of peace. When Muslims state that Prophet Muhammad was the last prophet, they meant that he was the last messenger to receive the content of a Holy book, the Qur'an, from Allah. Which is fully memorised by all true Muslims from school age and can be recited in full from the beginning to the end.
This book contains Buddhism primary texts plus over one hundred questions and answers.
It also gives the reader an insight into Buddhism who believes in a supernatural being, although some branches do not use the word "God". Surprisingly, Buddha was asked by one of his followers if there is God. He answered that he believed God, that it is more difficult to enter God's Kingdom.
He went on to say that it is easier to obtain enlightenment in Buddhism than to go to heaven. True practising Buddhists appear kind-hearted, honest, open-minded and accept all religious faiths. It is believed that abiding by the doctrine of four-noble truth, eight-fold path steps and meditation will lead the individual to enlightenment. Buddha received enlightenment when he was sitting under a tree meditating.
This publication is over five and eighty one pages, fifty chapters with subheadings in pros, narrative, dialogue, plus over three hundred and fifty questions and answers etc. The aim is to promote world peace through understanding all Christian denominations and other religious faiths.
Jesus is well-respected by all faiths; however, the interpretation of his teaching using parables, miracles have caused misunderstandings and created thousands of Christian denominations. One thing that binds Christians together is their belief in Jesus Christ, and that God sent him as his special messenger or beloved son and he died. He was crucified and raised after three days. Jesus never claimed to be God. Some of the questions answered include; Did Jesus have brothers and sisters? Did Mary, mother of Jesus, die a virgin? Was Jesus crucified or taken to heaven alive? Is Jesus the Son of God? What are your personal interpretations of his parables? Who is God? He is the Alpha and Omega (the beginning and the end), the great architect of the universe and the greatest geometrician of the universe; therefore, we need to worship, praise and glorify him alone in spirit. On the other hand, Jesus is the rock and the stronghold of Christianity. The mission statement for all true worshippers of God is "Ad Astra Per Aspera" "through hardship to the sky".
The aim of this over five hundred and fifty pages, fifty chapters and subheadings publication is to promote world peace through the understanding of Islam and Christianity. This book is improves, narrative, dialogue, biography of Jesus and Muhammad and covers some very sensitive issues raised by people who appear to genuinely wish to know the answer to their curiosity. It also compares their doctrines, some supported by the quotations Bible and Quran and author's comments.Christianity and Islam command about eighty per cent of the world's believers in God or Allah, and strike the balance of power for the maintenance of the world’s peace. These two faiths are descendants of Prophet Abraham, whose wives Haggai had Ishmael (represent Islam) and Saira had Isaac (represent Christianity). Both the Holy Bible and the Qur'an have the Ten Commandments which God gave to Prophet Moses for humans to follow. Islam respects Jesus (Pbuh) and his mother Mary, most Christian accept the content of the Qur'an and hold Prophet Muhammad in high esteem. There are extreme groups in most religions, for example, Islam has the Al-Qaeda, Hezbollah, PLO, and Hamas. Christians, have black widows, National Socialist Party (Nazi), Ku Klux, The Aryan Brotherhood and Christian fundamentalists who claim to be defendant of the Bible "Bible Belt".
This publication (Panama Nandha), "God loves Hinduism" in pros, narrative etc., also have a section for over one hundred and fifty questions and answers. It aims to be educational for all ages and a reference for schools and colleges.
From my research, include Hindus friend "Valli", I will describe Hindu as an open-minded, caring person who accepts all religious faiths and might attend other religions worshipping places.
The main confusion appears to be a public perception that Hindus worship different "gods" This belief is supported by Hindus saying, "Ano Bhadra Krathavo Yanthu Vishwatah", which means "let the knowledge comes to us from every direction". The saying confirms that Hindus believe in one God with different attributes, "gods", for a specific task. For example, Hindus respect and regard cows as sacred but do not supplicate to them. Some Hindu temples are specific to one "god", but there are few temples for worshipping all the gods. The creator, 'PARAMA NANDHA', is the almighty God as referred to by other monotheism. They have no problem living in harmony with every religion on earth and indeed in heaven.
WARNING: Beware of false messengers!
This publication is over four hundred and twenty pages, over twenty eight chapters written in prose, narrating, dialogue between God and his messengers, plus over fifty questions and answers on the old testament and the Qur'an. As a sign of respect, Muslims use, or they will abbreviate in English (PBUH), which means "Peace Be Upon Him" or Arabic (SAWS) letters For all God’s prophets up to and include Muhammad (last prophet of God)

Include Abraham, Abel, Buddha, Cain, David, Elijah, Joseph, Jonah, Job, Jacob, Krishna, Lot, Shauyd, Mary, Moses, Noah, Solomon, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Samuel, Samson, Zachariah, Hiram Abiff and many more. These messengers accepted God's wishes despite the pain and suffering as in the Bible and in the Qur'an, the Grant Ten Gurus etc. Jesus warned us to be very cautious of false messengers who might call themselves pastors, prophets, bishops, reverends and others who use God's name for their selfish gain. Prophet Muhammad was God last messenger/ prophet.
This publication is a simplified version of “The original Faith Unity book” over one thousand two hundred pages and more than seventy chapters with subheadings relating to most major religious faiths. A lot of my social media friends have requested a version, hence this publication. "Faith Unity" covers about fifteen religions include Baha'i, Buddhism, Christianity, Freemasonry, Hindus, Islam paganism, Sikhism, Taoism, Zoroastrian etc. However, to answer Issues about how God dealt with humans, I have included seventy questions and answers pertaining only to the old testaments. My other book "Love all faith" has over 1,300 questions and answers covering over fourteen faiths. To get the complete picture of the religious faiths, I recommend reading both "Faith Unity" and 'Love All Faiths' publications.
The book encompasses all the revelations to God's prophets include "The Torah", the first five books of the Bible, the Ten Commandments, the Old Testaments. David received the revelation to write the book of Psalms, Jesus Christ and Muhammad revelation in new Testament and Qur'an. God created all of us. God loves and accepts the way that all faith worship and praises Him, that is why He gave all humans free will. Let us all work hard to bring world peace and avoid being hypocrites.
This book "In Search of Wisdom in Freemasonry" contains more than five hundred and forty pages, sixty four chapters and many illustrations, symbols and meaning, duties of officers.
It also has about fifty answers to frequently asked questions. The author was a Past Right worshipful master and ruled different masonic lodges for over twenty years. Without a doubt, Freemasonry is the oldest international organization in the world. It is a system of morality veiled in allegory and illustrated by symbols with a mysterious reputation. Also, it gives names of some past masters who had been in a very high position in the world, including presidents, prime ministers, general artists, among others in the society who earned honour and respect. It is not a secret society because social media has disclosed most of the public's doctrines, including their rules, constitutions, rituals, and ceremonies. Freemasonry has played a significant role in world peace and has prevented a third World War. It is not a satanic society; they do not practice the occult. In most lodges, a holy book is placed on the altar example the Bible, Qur'an, Ten Gurus, Gita etc. (depending on the faith of the majority of members) before routine. Depending on the majority of the members present, the letter "G" denotes God in most cases hang above the Alter. The responsibility of the lodge officers might be slightly different according to the working of specific lodges.
